Team Lead

Scope of Employment: Full-Time

Position Goal: To provide a high level of management, support and team development. To become a second layer of leadership that the majority of the team needs can flow through before reaching Hannah. To ensure the quality and execution of operations. To further the team Mission and prioritize the Growth Vision. 

3 Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the Team

  3. Cross Trained 

1. Employee Management

  • Reviewing team member metrics weekly and help in setting weekly goals 

  • Reporting to Hannah monthly 

  • 1st go to for problem solving 

  • Execute any system changes / improvements

  • Meet with team weekly to discuss projects and their quarterly goal 

  • Onboarding new team members

  • Team member appreciation plan

  • Identifying and helping to resolve conflict 

  • Complete annual reviews for the team 

  • Oversee policy and procedures  

  • Identifying and planning team training 

METRIC: 

2. Operations 

  • In charge of implementing and executing any team changes 

  • Overview of all systems 

  • Revamp of all systems 

  • First layer of defense before any questions are brought to Hannah

  • Time off request and payroll overview

  • All rents and building maintenance 

  • All compliance and business legal requirements

  • Administrative brokerage responsibilities

  • Identify candidates and make hiring decisions

  • Run all meetings when Hannah is out 

  • Run 50% of all am meetings with Hannah 

  • Create a policy and procedure handbook 

  • Identify and formulate team growth areas 

  • Execution

  • Filling in while team members are out

  • Learn each roll to help with overflow as needed between the next hires

  • Management experience 

  • Previous real estate experience (2+ years minimum)

  • Positive attitude

  • Willing to give a 3 year commitment

  • Ability to switch gears quickly 

Compensation and Hours

  • 8-5 office hours per week

  • Salary based on a 45 hour work week

  • Competitive compensation varying based on experience
